Each year, the Festival Staff holds a Silent Auction. Numerous items are donated by local businesses and individuals supporting the Festival. These items are displayed under the Festival Staff Tent. Items in the past have included Gift Certificates to Swain, Mastin's, Wilson Beef Farms, Sun Valley, 7-11, and many others. We also have items donated from Oliver's, Lain's, and many of our vendors. Plus individuals donate pies, handmade furniture, lamps, baskets full of goodies, fall decor, etc. We never know what we're going to end up with but we know it's gonna be good! Stop by and place your bid. You never know... you could be the highest bidder!
How it works:
-Silent Auction items are given a number which corresponds with a container of the same number. This is where you place your bid.
-Bids are written on the provided bidding slips and placed into the corresponding container of the item number you are interested in.
-The Silent Auction bidding from 10-1:30 p.m. on Sunday only.
-Bids are revealed and the highest bidder wins the item.
-Winners will be announced at the bandstand.
-Items can be paid for and picked up at the Festival Staff Tent. Cash only.
-Winners of items not claimed during the Festival will be contacted to arrange payment and pick up.
